Vanta Acquisitions does not guarantee any specific results. We make no representation or warranty regarding revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, enrollment rates, customer acquisition, business growth, return on investment, or any other business outcome.

Results vary and depend on factors outside of Vanta's control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, pricing, offer quality, sales processes, operational capacity, staffing, follow-up, and client execution. Past performance of Vanta or any other client is not indicative of future results for you.

3. Third-Party Partners and Providers

Vanta Acquisitions may connect users or clients with partner businesses, vendors, schools, contractors, service providers, or referral partners. Vanta is not responsible for the pricing, services, contracts, policies, actions, or outcomes of any third party. Any transaction or agreement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.
